High temperature & pressure power station gate valves
There are two standard forms of power station gate valve, one is to follow the introduction of ANSIB16.34 and JISL1E101 standard type, the other is the standard according to national standard JB3595 model. The temperature - pressure level is the same, and in some pipelines there is a certain exchange relationship. The middle part uses non-bonnet pressure self-tight, and has a good sealing performance in the high temperature and pressure operating conditions. There are two kinds of materials of self-sealing ring. One is a low-carbon steel, the other is the flexible graphite 316 wire (network). The upper level of surface welded by based carbide alloy. And after processing the pure metal layer ≥ 3mm, with a wear-resistant, high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-abrasion, and a long service life. The both ends of Branch pipe are welding structures. The welding groove can be manufactured according to standard or user requirements. It is applicable to power plants, petrochemical industry, metallurgy and other high temperature and pressure water, steam, oil, hot steam pipe.
